I would never use Larson's again. On two different occasions they did not show up when they said they would. When I contacted them to follow-up there was no response. When I contacted them a second time they were rude and dismissive. They are so disorganized that it takes forever to get a return call, there is no coordination between the laborers and the office, and their estimate process is anything but a process--it's totally random. Since using another company in the same industry, I also found them to be much more expensive.
