We have tried everything we could to please her but no matter what we did she had a complaint. I’ve been doing this for over 40 years and have 1,000s of customers who have been very happy with the work, her sister being one of them. The leaking she talks about is something we are not at fault, when we tore off the old soffit on the back porch the rafters and joists were all rotted, the roof was sagging and only being supported by the metal post. We did carpentry to repair at no cost and put in a new post at no cost, it was leaking from the roof which we were not contracted to replace. We tried to find the leak but were unsuccessful but she blames us for the leak which had to be going on for at least 5 to 10 years with the amount of rot that had happen.We only replaced 1 window and it still has the lifetime warranty on frame and parts and 20 year on glass. The other windows we trimmed the outside casings and she emailed me they looked fine and now she doesn’t like them. She didn’t like weep holes on the bottom of the vinyl siding even when I told her this is how siding is manufactured, I had the manufacture sales rep stop out to confirm everything was done properly and she still didn’t like it. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  They have cashed the check so I am taking that as: Paid in full. I take it they didn’t contact you. You may close my complaint, BUT I’m not happy with the company AT ALL. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. I’m just glad to get them out of my life. Thank you anything else let me know.
