I bought a new Triumph Scrambler from Magic City Cycle in They let me test drive a new machine and even loaned me safety gear After buying the Triumph they arranged for a custom paint job for the bike and after three years the bike still looks new In addition I had my yearly service at their shop and twice at their sister shop I Daytona I have been pleased with the purchase and service as well and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a Triumph JP

The service I received at Magic City Cycle (aka Triumph of Orlando) was simply terribleI have no plans to ever return for any reason
I dropped my motorcycle off on a Wednesday to check out why it was not startingThey said they would call me with an updateAfter hearing nothing for two weeks, I finally called themThe service manager *** stated they ordered a part and were waiting for deliveryWait, did I OK this? Why wasn't I informed prior to an order being placed?
Moving on, they said the part would arrive the next dayAfter waiting one full week, I called for an updateI was told that the part just happened to arrive that day (one week after they said it would) and they would install it the next dayIf you're keeping track, I've received zero calls and have called twice, both times there were updates that should've been relayed to me
OK, so I wait yet one more week, and we're now at almost full weeks since I dropped it offI call, and the bike is finally fixed and ready for pickupWhy wouldn't they call me to let me know?? I've had to call three times now
So after month, and all phone calls initiated by me, I pick up my bikeI pay my bill (which included hours of labor), and ride off
TWENTY MINUTES LATER...yes minutes, the bike dies with the exact same issue as beforeSo after dealing with these guys for a month, paying over $250, I am right back where I started, except I'm stranded without a ride
TLDR; if you like to overpay for *** service, stop on inOtherwise, find someone else

Cory, the service manager has always kept me informed about any additional work needed on my bikes. I have both a 2001 Triumph Thunderbird and a 2001 BMW R1100RT. I would not hesitate to return for service or sales. Matter of fact, I am thinking about buying a 2016 Triumph Thruxton from them.
