To the tenants at *** *** ***,I apologize again for the fact that some of the work took too long to complete The only excuse that I can give you is that I had someone working for me as a contractor that has since been terminated Work that was supposedly done and was not and I
am very sorry.As of today the only item that I know is still outstanding is the 2nd garage door that does not open with a remote *** ***, the new contractor gave me a quote for a new motor last week When I spoke with the owner of the home this week, he told me to get with *** *** *** since they installed the unit and it may still be under warranty *** *** has received my request to contact the tenant so they can set up a time to look at the garage door opener I would imagine that it will be done before the 4th of July, but can't promise as I don't know OHD work load this week That job will be referenced as Work Order #***The prior work orders referenced as W/O *** *** *** *** *** *** *** were all submitted by tenants on 5-1-and have been completed.Please let me know what else if anything is needing to be fixed so this can be settled Thank you
