Mr [redacted] did come into buy a motorcycle from us at Las Cruces MotorsportsHe was shown a bike and liked it and wanted some modifications doneWe told him they did not make the heel to shifter he was wanting that it could probably be fabricated but we could not do that workHe was going to get his deposit of $back, but saw another bike that he liked that the shifter was a little better for himHe still had some problems with the reach so we decided to give him some hard toe boots that worked for him to shift betterWe also gave him some gloves and a helmetSo when he purchased the Suzuki GWfrom us we moved the deposit from the one bike that did not work for him to the new bike he bought so there is no refund dueI believe we have been more than fair with Mr***s with the transactionThe reason he did not get his deposit back on the first one is because it was transferred as a down payment on the bike he boughtOn 9-22-he did try to get two separate charges reversed from his credit card, one for $and one for $reversed but we sent in the necessary paperwork to the credit card company to get this overturnedThe $deposit was used for the bike he bought and Mr***s is due no refund.Thank You [redacted]

I received an email from Mr [redacted] on December 29th regarding his Polaris RZRI tried unsuccessfully twice to call Mr [redacted] 's assistant, as that was what his email requested for us to doHowever, [redacted] 's (Mr [redacted] 's assistant) phone gave a message saying it was not currently accepting incoming callsThen, I emailed [redacted] regarding the issues Mr [redacted] was having with his RZRLater on that same day, the 29th, [redacted] called me and confirmed she had received my emailI told her I would be happy to address the issues Mr [redacted] was havingI requested that he bring the machine back so that we can verify the oil leak and repair the machine at no cost to Mr [redacted] She said she believed he could drop it off with us within the next couple of daysI told her we would make his repair a priority, and once again, at no cost to himAt this point we are waiting for the machine to arriveWe will rectify the situation and get Mr [redacted] 's vehicle in and out as quickly as possible

I am rejecting this response because:I looked at an on/off road bike and discussed at length that I needed it lowered an inch.  The salesperson said it could be done, and I was told it would be done.For the shifter, I was given an optimistic statement that it would be done.  On this basis of what I was told on these two alterations I gave a deposit of $100 on my credit card.  The next day when I returned for the bike, neither modification had been done.  This is one of several promises I was made that were not kept, which I will follow up with Revdex.com on when this complaint is resolved.

So when he purchased the 2013 Suzuki GW250 from us we moved the deposit from the one bike that did not work for him to the new bike he bought so there is no refund due. I believe we have been more than fair with Mr. [redacted]s with the transaction. The reason he did not get his deposit back on the first one is because it was transferred as a down payment on the bike he bought. On 9-22-2015 he did try to get two separate charges reversed from his credit card, one for $100.00 and one for $400.00 reversed but we sent in the necessary paperwork to the credit card company to get this overturned. The $100.00 deposit was used for the bike he bought and Mr. [redacted]s is due no refund.Thank You[redacted]
