Sent: Wednesday, January 14, 10:AM To: '***' Subject: LP VISIST Message: I just came from buying groceries because the meal that I ordered from las palapaas on Blanco road @ 3PM tssted and felt like they put dirt in the fajita tacos and charro beansI took several bites and the my mouth felt like I was grinding dirtIf you can't find help who just serves whats on the menu you are going to end up being suedThe waitress seems to have know because she wanted em to leave the money at the table thinkin g that I would complain at the registerThe signs says that they are closed Sunday for worship...Yea tainting somebody's food is something Jesus would doSent from: I WANT TO APOLOGIZE FOR THE POOR QUALITY OF FOOD THAT WE RECEIVEDI CAN ASSURE YOU THAT WE TAKE COMPLAINTS SERIOUSLYI CAN ASSURE THAT OUR STAFF WOULD NOT PUT ITEMS PURPOSELY INTO PRODUCTS THAT WE OFFERWE HAVE TENURED STAFF MEMBERS THAT HOLD FOOD SERVICE CERTIFICATIONS, IT DOESN'T MEAN THAT SOMETHING COULDN'T HAPPENED TO YOUR ORDERTHANK YOU FOR TAKING THE TIME TO LET US KNOW ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCEWE ALSO STRESS TO OUR SERVERS THAT WE WANT THEM TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR TABLES, AS WE OFFER FULL SERVICE DINNING INSIDE OUR RESTAURANTS THAT IS WHY SHE WAS WANTING TO COMPLETE YOUR TRANSACTION AT YOUR TABLEIN ADDITION, DID YOU MENTION TO THE MANAGER ON DUTY? I am rejecting this response because:
I do not agree with what your manager is saying happened. He never once looked at my EMS ID and continued to say that I WAS NOT IN UNIFORM, he never even attempted to look at any of the IDs I attempted to show him both my IDS showing that they said EMS, my friend who is also in EMS who was there, attempted to show him her's and he would not pay any attention to the IDS either, she was even on call that day meaning she was being paid to report in if they needed her, she had her uniform in her car and was trying to tell the manager that she was working and he continued to say "she was wearing her uniform", which was not a requirement for the discount. When I tried showing it to him he would walk away. I had my entire family who witnessed it, we were a party of at least 10. My Church going grandmother, aunts and little cousins who had all came out of town were there to witness it all as well as my parents and my only son, they can all testify that I DID NOT CURSE. I have respect for my family and do not curse ever in front of them, I do admit to calling the manager stupid because after I stated I did not want to pay unless he corrected the discount, and he said he was going to call the cops. I then tried multiple attempts to pay, the manager continued to walk away, my father had to step in and tell him that I was trying to pay, the manager then rudely turned towards me and said well then pay, I had no idea who to pay to and I asked well who do I give my card to, he said he did not do that and told me to find my server. I never once cursed at him. Also I have not been calling the las palapas store, if I have been then I would like them to provide the number to which was being called, I am sure they do have caller ID? The phone numbers for the las palapas card he gave me do not even work, I did try calling in an attempt to reach the store owner but it would ring and ring and no one would pick up, This is why I decided to complain through this website as it was the only way to come in to contact with ANYONE higher than the that manger that was so rude to me. I do not want a gift card for the restaurant as I NEVER WANT TO GO BACK AGAIN. I would like my money refunded to my card, I do not even live in San Antonio, all of my family decided to meet up at that las palaps and we all came from different areas of Texas, some as far as [redacted] Springs, [redacted] and [redacted].

I am rejecting this response because: I was there and it happened to me! [redacted] is so wrong that his employees wouldn't do anything purposely and a polygraph would prove it.!  Would it have been better if I would have created a scene at the restaurant demanding my money back. I don't deserve to pay for what I got and I should get my money back.  [redacted] your comments are self serving at best and unfortunately for the people who dine there, untrue.!
