Las Palmas sold car 3-24-March-27-Miss [redacted] contacted dealer stating Brake noiceShe was asked to bring car back 3-31-for brake re-checksAt the time of inspection made a desission to get new brake shoesTo avoid any problems regarding windshieldWindshield was inspected by [redacted] the technition stated that the glass had very little damage windshield not needed only chip repair "DONE" Headlights inspected & everything was working properlyFrom March-31-through 7-21-Las Palmas had no knowledge of any mechanical problems7-21-I " [redacted] " Las Palmas auto sales called Mrs [redacted] asking her to please come to office need to talk regarding car paymentsWhen I talked to her she was going to be at office on 7-22-never showed upUntill end of following week Jul-27-Mrs [redacted] and Las Palmas came to an agreementAs followMiss [redacted] was complaining about mechanical problemsBecause her payments were late I was willingto forgive her (2) payments but she asked me for forgiveness of 3-months so she could fix carThe agreement was yes Las Palmas out of Good Will will forgive you 3-monthly payments [redacted] fixes car + continue with payments that was the agreement we hadSo I am very surprise to now get this by mailPlease contact me by e-mail [redacted] Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: payments is not enough to fix a transmission and motor mouth to this vehicle I did not expect to put more money into this car then what it is cost I am still going to stick with asking from the dealer and she can have the car back if this is an inconvenience to her I refuse to take my car to her mechanic because that mechanic does not work to my standards I as an a consumer have the right to take it to my own mechanic if needed a fix windshield and headlights it is not enough and as far as what three payments it was for the month of June July and August the amount I am asking is included the $3,that I already gave up to her for down payment three car payments I already had paid her prior to this and the other is for the stress and pain and rental-car that has cost meI feel this offer is only fair for what I have already have given her and paid into this carif this is not resolved soon my next step is going to the CHPand getting the penal codes for selling a vehicle with a cracked windshield and bad brakes and a broken headlightand if this is what has to be done let the dealers know that I have also a consulted with my attorney on this case that deals with nothing but lemon laws thank you for your convenience and God bless you*** ***

When I talked to her she was going to be at office on 7-22-2017 never showed up. Untill end of following week Jul-27-2017. Mrs [redacted] and Las Palmas came to an agreement. As follow. Miss [redacted] was complaining about mechanical problems. Because her payments were late I was willingto forgive her (2) payments but she asked me for forgiveness of 3-months so she could fix car. The agreement was yes Las Palmas out of Good Will will forgive you 3-monthly payments. [redacted] fixes car + continue with payments that was the agreement we had. I am rejecting this response because: I am rejecting this answer back from the dealers  due to this is not resolving my problem the car has much more mechanical problems than what this dealers is telling you for what is going to cost me to fix the vehicle is more than three car payments therefore I want a better resolution to this problem and I'm asking what I put down to resolve it either plan a or Plan B please get back to me at this email on what are the further actions to this complaint.
