We received the complaint and we are very sorry that the patient wasn't pleased with our service. We try our best to please every customer that walks into our pharmacy.

The $25 she approved was for the B12....

The Pregnenolone was delivered to her and she signed for it. The charge was $78.95. The Pregnenolone was prescribed and prepared according to her Doctor's orders. Unfortunately Ms [redacted] had an allergic reaction. We worked with her doctor to address her allergic reaction. The doctor ordered a new prescription which cost $81.99.
Usually pharmacies are not allowed to take back medications that have been taken out of the pharmacy by a patient. We did, out of consideration for Ms [redacted], offer her a $55.oo discount off the second prescription. She has not responded to our offer.
