We are writing in response to the complaint listed above , in which our customer is requesting a refund for hotel reservationThe customer originally made a reservation for one night hotel stay to arrive October 6, 2017, to be paid for through [redacted] The hotel held the reservation, and the customer stayed at the hotel the night of October 6, Upon arrival, the customer claimed that he has a reservation for two nights , but I did not and he could not be accommodated since the hotel was sold out for the next night, October We cannot refund the customer for his one night stay with us, as he never paid the hotel directly but paid using a [redacted] accountThe hotel has billed [redacted] for his stay accordinglythe hotel is also not responsible for paying for the guest's subsequent accommodations, as he secured lodging independently for the following night, October No rooms were available at the hotel for that evening, so we could not have accommodated the customer's request at any costIn any attempt to please the customer , the hotel did offer one night's future stay at no cost, valid for the next three months, but this offer was not acceptedWe trust that our response settles this matter with your agencyIf you have any questions or require further information, please contact me at my office

As I agree to her Internet connectivity issues in her room's far corner, I do not agree that they could not take care of the business back homeI also do not agree to any other points she made while she was here with us at the Ambassador InnWe did all we could to make her happy while she stayed with her husband for nights? They had a laptop and One of my staff member personally got it connected for them on several occasionOne day Mr [redacted] tipped him for his help!! We do have a spare computer/business center in the lobby which is connected to Internet hours a day and is open to all the Guest who stays with us at the Ambassador Inn HotelShe mentioned few outlets that did not work, Had we know if it is the case or if she had mentioned about , we would have gladly looked at and taken necessary steps to rectify problems? By the way, All the outlets in that room are working fine, we know this because, no body who stayed in the same room before or after Ms [redacted] ever complainedBreakfast: She said Juice and cereal!! it surprises us to see how can some alter the truth in such manner? We have many more items apart from Just Juice or cereal that gets served every morning at no extra charge to any of the guest of the Hotel, to mention these items -We have fresh Waffles, Egg patties, Fruit cups, Yogurt in assorted flavor, Bagels, bread, hot chocolate, instant oatmeal, Fresh fruits like banana and Apple, many condiments like Cream cheese, fruit jelly, peanut butter, butter, maple syrup and moreNot to mentioned, All these Items are complementary to all our GuestsIt was their choice to spend money everyday on a breakfast when we provide such an array of foodsAlso, ? she mentioned something about fan in the bathroom, We have central suction system that is pulling the air out from all our guest room hours a daythese fan never stopsIts a quite and continuous operationsShe did not need to ask other travelers about the fan in their room ! we would have educated her provided she asked us just once and would have gladly demonstrated the suction too? Future credit was offered for Night stay if Guest would like to returnTo add an additional perk, We will discount her stay by at-least % on the portion of her bill? Thank you?

why your case was any differentThe only difference I see is *** in your caseYour booking was made thru *** and You paid them for itWe do not charge any *** bookings as hotel bills *** after the stay is overI will have no issues if *** refunds youI will do whatever necessary to get you your monies. Once again Ambassador Inn and Suites is calling me a liar. They insist that I only made the reservation for one night. That is completely false. I called the hotel directly on 10/3/at 3:45pm to make my reservation for two nights. This call was recorded. I can provide a copy of the call recording to Revdex.com as proof. I had offered to let the hotel staff listen to the recording as well when I was there on site. As I mentioned before, they had no interest in listening to the recording or in doing anything to help me. While it is true that *** *** paid the hotel for my stay, this is only because I paid *** ***. Under the hotels 100% satisfaction guarantee (see pictures attached), they could refund *** *** who could then, in turn, refund me. As for the free night offer, as they know full well, I was there on business. I had informed them I would not be back that way again this year and it certainly doesn't make sense for me to drive hours to spend free night in hotel that provides lousy customer service. Of course if they were willing to extend that offer to be good throughout with no blackout dates, I would certainly be open to that in an effort to come to a mutual resolution
