This company was providing a shuttle service to the Indianapolis auto race on May 29th We paid $for passes The driver of the shuttle did not know how to get to the facility and turned a 15-minute ride into almost minutes The shuttle advertises as a convenient way to get to the facility and to avoid trafficneither of which happened due to the failure of the driver Local residence on the bus even suggested routes to the driver which she continuously ignoredThe onsite people with the service told us to call and/or e-mail customer service, which I did and still have received no response to e-mails and messages left The bus was # and it left from the "pink lot" on the morning of the 29th
We have used Star of America several times We have not had many pleasant experiences There is one particular driver who has a really bad attitude We have tried to complain to the company and they will not respond to us We even tried to go through our local paper to have them get in touch with the company and they still wouldn't contact us We tried to get in touch with Star of America because we have a free ride coming to us and we cannot get them to answer (the phone or online) They have a place to click online that is a chat box It said they were in yesterday and I was #in line I was #for over minutes and never was helped The driver that is so bad could have caused a wreck the last time we rode the shuttle He was upset with us because we didn't want to put our small carryon luggage that had breakable items that we had bought outside of the country in the back of the shuttle There were only about or people including the two of us on the shuttle If the shuttle had been full, we could have understood We have never had any driver make us put our luggage in the back or up on top He was so mad he stood outside and paced like a caged animal for a long time before we left the airport He has talked to other passengers rudely when we have been on the shuttle before We don't want to ride with someone who has such a rude manner This driver's name is Frank We travel a lot and have noticed that he is still driving We plan on using Star one last time to use our free ride and after that, we will not use them anymore
