Dry Wizard completed a total gut and enlargement of our bathroomDue to the age of our home, the workers did uncover some issues that needed to be repaired We found Joe the owner of the business to be responsive to all our concerns and requests There were a few delays in completion, but we were always informed about what was transpiring We have a beautiful bathroom now and could not be happier with the level of workmanship
Because I was in the hospital ad my husband was desperate to get the grease and smoke damage cleaned up from our home he called this company that was available after hours. Unfortunately they knew that and took advantage and really really over charged for services they did not perform. They used chemicals that damaged my throat because of my lupus which they never asked us if there might be a problem. I found them to be very very unprofessional!!! They were to provide us with an itemized list of all they did and pictures of all they threw out. None of that happened and as far as I know nothing was ever submitted to our insurance company. I strongly warn anyone not to hire these people to perform any services for you. Be very cautious they will try to take your home.
