I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:Although I was parked in an unauthorized spot the sign was abstractedMore importantly the service provider by the companies employer was unprofessional and bordering on harassingI was so incomfortable with the actions and tone of the driver that I had to request assiatnve from the deli clerkIn addition, the driver refused to give me his name after asking twiceIf he felt he had acted professionally he would have provided me with his nameI intend to take this complaint further and am requesting the name of the driver who handled my transaction.
