I needed a radio/CD to replace my bad one. They said they had one and told me they tested it to make sure it worked. I paid for it with my credit card and they gave me a receipt. I took it home and plugged it in and it did NOT work. I returned it the next day and they grabbed it and took it to another room in back. I stood there waiting for my money back but the best I got was "we'll call you when another one comes in". Never called. I disputed the charge on my card, who removed it pending them getting with the junk yard. Finally they sent me a letter saying the junk yard had a policy that they do not give refunds, then they added the charge back on my account. I looked at my receipt and yep, the did have their policy on the BACK of the receipt in unreadable sized print, and they NEVER told me that before I paid them. They are just plain CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!
