great customer service and I love my new furniture

We are sorry the customer is not happy with his purchase The customer purchased an adjustable bed that only had the features that he is able to use, if the customer wants more features for his bed we would be more than happy to help him put in selecting another base with added features.

The mfg is going to send a replacement bunked due to the quality of the original  bunkbed.As soon as the mfg gives us an eta. We will inform the customers. We as a retailer must follow the manufacturers guidelines when there is a mfg defect and we will work for the consumer as hard as we can to...

response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  This is not accurate. When we first tried to use the certificate we had agreed on a price for an item and then we were told it was only good on regularly priced items. We felt it should be treated same as cash and were disappointed but accepted it. My feeling was that if I was able to talk them down $500 wo/ a gift certificate then it's actually worthless to begin with. So we then we decided we'd have to find something less than $500 and at least get some value for our grand prize. This is when we were told it had expired, only after the year was already up, and only after the salespeople "deliberated" on it. It was clear they did not wish to honor it. In the future if they want to place stipulations on donations they make to charity (assuming they intend on honoring it) than perhaps it should be written somewhere on the certificate to avoid this misleading and upsetting turn of events. On top of this, the treatment we received for attempting to redeem their "gift" was belittling and rude.

Company responded via fax:All service issues have been taken care of.  If the customer has any further issues, she needs to call our customer service department.

Company responded via phone as follows:Revdex.com spoke with Scott and he stated is intending on fixing the issue in order to resolve the complaint.  As soon as he has a delivery in the consumer's area, he will schedule the service call to fix the issue.

I would like to first say Thank you, on Saturday June the 3rd my mother received her end table, Scott the warehouse manager called to setup an appointment for delivery for Saturday morning.  Again thanks for the follow up I learn a lesson I will never purchase anything from LaSalle...

but my mother is happy she has what she paid for.

Customers were informed over a year ago when they came in the store the first time that it would expire one year after issue date. They neglected to come back in and make a selection within that time. Best Regards,[redacted] LasalleCustomer Service
