I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The company states that the second technician found the problem to be a cleaning issue.  That is not correct.  The 2nd tech. thought the problem was hard water deposits.  That also did not prove to be accurate, as I took his advice and tried his products and a great amount of elbow grease, which he stated would be necessary, and the problem did not resolve.  The problem is the finish wearing away along the top edge of the tub so that the black underneath the tub is showing through.  If it was a problem with the nylon scrubber, then the whole tub would be showing black underneath.  However, that is not the case--only the edges of the tub are affected by this problem.  I invited the engineer who made this product to come out and figure out how to solve the problem, but I was ignored.  If the company is going to insist that the problem is using a nylon scrubber, which is not abrasive (nothing like steel wool), then I will have to take the matter to court.  My other tub does not suffer from this problem and it is a year older and has used the same cleaning materials that have been used on the A2. It is still gleaming white.  The problem is in the materials used to make the A2 tub.  No tub should be sold that cannot be cleaned with regular bathroom cleaning materials, and no bathtub should be sold that can't withstand hard water.  I am certain there are many other people who are complaining about this same problem, and I am not going to let this company ignore this problem.  Regards,

We're working with one of our wholesaler's to assist [redacted] with her tub replacement and have settled the complaint to the consumer's satisfaction.

Review: I purchased a new corner jetted tub from Aquatics in May. I paid a professional contractor to reroute plumbing install the tub and place tile around. Immediately after the tub was filled we dedected a leak. Aquatics has sent repair personell to my house 4 times now and the leak is not fixed. I have $12K in this remodel with $5k being the tub! I have left 2 messages for the warranty repair supervisor [redacted] at [redacted]- he has not returned my call.Desired Settlement: The tub is obviously damaged beyond repair. I want Aquatics to replace the tub and pay for any rework costs that may be associated with the exchange.
