Hello,This is complaint is not correct and real.We got the order on March 03/04/2016 by credit card. LaseOptics Products are custom made "Lensed Optical Fibers" Scientific/Engineering Product. We have made their lensed fibers and shipped by UPS [redacted] on 03/10/2016....

They did not talk or emailed about those lensed fibers were not working and we did not get any phone call. By mistake their card was charged on 04l11/2016 for 625.00, my accountant thought there was second order. The First email received regarding second time charge was on 08/16 2016 from [redacted], regarding second time charge, she has reported dates were wrong. However we have informed her, we will credit back second time charge, we have tried to do it, it did not go. Whatever dates he has give were wrong dates. First email got regarding second charge 08/16/2016, 09/01/2016, 09/062016 and 09/07/2016, For your kind information, she did not mention about the fibers were not working until last email 09/07/2016 , that also after Revdex.com complaint given, this is not correct, if the fibers are not working they have mentioned and email us at least 2 weeks after, ask them if they have any email give to me, from her or anybody else.Revdex.com please do not accept this type of complaints, they are misleading and after complaint they have charged back and got second time charge money into their account. First thing LaseOptics is Lensed Optical Fibers Manufacturer and supplier, we have been supplying and our product is custom made. We can forward all her emails, she did not mention the fibers were not working until 09/07/2016 email that also after she has give Revdex.com compliant, that is wrong. This complaint should not be on file. She got money and fibers we do not accept after 6months.Looking forward for your replyJohn [redacted]COO
