I am rejecting this response because:The information provided is simply untrue and leaves out some detailsFirst, this company owned the property before and was fully aware of multiple issuesThis matters because in the years I lived in the property there has been a freon leak that they have known about and refused to fix instead relying on me to turn off the AC when the lines would freeze to let them thaw before turning the unit back onWhen I first reported the complaint about the temperature and to have the AC turned on they sent a technician who turned the unit on and then off after receiving a phone call from managementThey informed me that it would be a week before they would do anythingAfter complaining multiple times about the unbearable heat they said it would be fixed but because they didn't want to pay to actually replace the unit like was recommended by the heating and cooling company I was forced to use a window unit with crudely put up wood and duct tape to attempt to seal the window, which didn't workAfter more weeks and having to inquire about when they were going to fix the actual unit they sent out a heating and cooling company to "fix" the unitThey removed the window unit, and left a nice mess behind for me to clean, without ensuring that the air was working because when I came back home the air was still not working or onI called their maintenance number and was told that they wouldn't do anything about it until the morningThere was no window unit put back in at anytime which is a flat out lieThe heating and cooling company came back out and "fixed" the unit eventuallyThis company is nothing but slumlords trying to masquerade as a legit businessOne employee recently told me about their illegal charging of "cleaning" fees for units that they didn't actually clean and highly embellishing ones that they do clean for a ludicrous amount of moneyIt is no surprise that their employees have all quit on them and that they are losing tenants to other respectable landlords in Macomb.
