One of the procedures I bought was JuvadermThis was most horrifying experience of my lifeA nurse was so careless that in between injections she kept "throwing syringe from a distance on to the table and on to the cottons she wiped my face with and other garbage"Also in between injections she kept turning with her back to me and texted on her cellphone in the same gloves she rubbed my injected areas with (cellphone is known to have more bacteria than a toilet sit)Also, she kept going in and out of the treatment room and never once changed her glovesAside for unsanitary procedure I've ended up with my lips being different shape and size from all angelsI've asked to dissolve it, made two appointments for it to which they weren't ready and sent me away both timesIt's been months now I've been asking for resolution and No One Even Cares Enough to Call me, it's not on their to do list what so ever, no one has offered any kind of resolution, refund and or sincere apologyThis is definitely the worst experience of my lifeUnfortunately i've referred few of my friends early on and it seems that they have same exact opinion of this business, we all regret having paid upfront for our services
