Can't rave about this location enough. I went to Stella to discuss my options for getting botox for my armpits (axillary hyperhidrosis).
I had also discussed it with Dermatologists on different occasions and all conveying that it'd be a long process that my insurance most likely wouldn't cover. So after waiting and realizing my options were limited, I decided that I needed to do this for me. People don't realize the toll something like this takes on a person mentally and financially- with the embarrassment/stigma, spending money on clinical deodorants, ruining t-shirts, having to wear layers all the time...the list goes on and on.
Long story short, I started really doing my research and went to Stella. She answered all my questions, educated me on all the pro/cons and didn't fail to provide me with all the information I needed to make the best-informed decision possible.
Stella's professionalism, her technique (painless and easy), walking me through every step, following up and checking up on me to ensure I was satisfied, was beyond all my expectations!
I can honestly say that it's one of the best decisions I've ever made for myself and I couldn't imagine doing it with any other facility and staff. I highly recommend- 5 stars through and through!

I am so happy with the results of my treatment at Laser Beautification Center. My wrinkles were gone, drooping eyelids were lifted, face was smoothly sculpted. Laser Beautification Center in Ventura with Estella is my go-to destination for cosmetic treatments!
I suffered from severe dark spots for years. However 1 treatments of Erbium laser completely removed nearly all! And Estella makes you feel so comfortable and stress less!
I also been coming for a while now for Botox and filler treatments. Estella is AMAZING! She knows just the right amount of product needed in all the right places to bring out my best facial features. I feel more beautiful every time!

I was skeptical that there is more that could be remedied with my undereye hollow as I have been getting fillers previously from other places. It has changed everything when I went to see Estela. She is very thorough and so meticulous to everything she put on my face. She is definitely knowledgeable. She fixed my undereye hallow, made cheeks plumper, subtle touched my lips to be naturally fuller - all of these took years out of my face right away! Bruising is one of my fear as I have always bruised in the past, however, I did not bruise at all! Now spreading words to everyone of my wonderful experience with Estela and her clinic!

I love Estela she's amazing. She does excellent work, she's extremely careful. I've hardly had any bruising from botox. She's also very skilled at delivering a natural look. Estela is very well versed on the latest procedures and can give you the most up-to-date information for the best treatments available.

I've had a tattooed removed as well. It is completely gone without a trace.

Dr. Richardson is an honest and upfront doctor, no sugar coating, and will tell you the truth. No high-pitch sales talks no upselling. Their prices are very reasonable in town asdar as Laser tattoo removals, Botox, Juvederm, and laser skin rejuvenation. Estela the R.N is such an artist with the magic touch leaving your face without any bruising after Botox and fillers. injections . You will see her open the sealed and authentic Botox box from Allergan USA in your pressence so you know what you are getting. The new Office location is immaculately cleaned and tastefully decorated.

Review: I purchased ZO skin products from the Laser Beautification Center. I was explained the proper use of the product and what to expect over the next 3-4 weeks as I will see improvement in my overall complexion. I contacted the office on 10/29 because the product was causing major discomfort to my skin as well as a rash. The consultant was out of the office but the receptionist, [redacted], transferred me to her voicemail. The following day [redacted] reached out to me and left me a voice message, unaware of my name or discomfort I was experiencing, she advised me that whatever I was experiencing would go away and my skin would eventually clear up. I returned Estellas call later that day only to find that she was very busy and did not have the time to speak to me as she was helping other clients. I expressed that I was dissatisfied with the results and it had been 3 weeks since I had started use of the products and asked when will the rash, breakouts and dark spots go away? She could not answer my questions and just recommended I cut back on use of the products. As I was approaching my 30th day of use, I went to the office on 11/5 to try to speak to Estella in person so she could see how the product was negatively affecting my complexion. She was not in the office but I did speak to Janessa and expressed my frustration with [redacted] and the product. My skin was getting worse and I felt that the proper care was not given by Estella. I wanted to return the product as I was dissatisfied with the results. [redacted] told me that they do not usually offer a full refund and that it would be at the discretion of Estella. I explained to her that I was not aware of this policy as it was not found on my receipt and they did not advise me of this verbally. Janessa apologized and said she must have forgotten to mention it to me. I did not hear back from [redacted] so I attempted to call her on 11/10 & 11/13. ZO does offer a 30 day refund on all products.Desired Settlement: A full refund to my original form of payment.
