Review: I purchased a product from company. There are 4 PMS colors that needed to be matched. The company matched 2 of the 4. I called and stated that the product was good exempt that 2 of the colors were off. I was told that we must be color blind and the colors were all correct and they would not come and see the problem I could bring back the product and get a refund or keep the product as is. I am selling the product and at this time do not have a different company to make the product. I called back and talked to who I think is the owner and he started to swear at me and told me to go to hell! I do not understand how a company can get so upset when they make a mistake.Desired Settlement: I would like the product to be replaced with the proper colors.
