I have never been in a place more unprofessional and what a waste of moneyI don’t know how these people are allowed to do what they doI am actually thinking of putting a complaint in the Revdex.comBefore you get the surgery, they are extremely polite, once they get your money and surgery politeness is doneThey are extremely rude and not apologetic at all that they screwed upI had the smartlipo done (do not bother) I know other girls that did it over there and they just don’t do a good jobMine was not done properly at allFrom the beginning I knew it was not correctDesiree tells me: “ we just need to do these sessions and will be fine” here I go spending $per session (do a bunch of them) and it looks the sameNot once did they say, we are sorry we screwed up and now have to put you thru another smartlipo to fix our mistakes! They are charging me for it and have been rude and obnoxious for the whole process, like it’s my fault the doctor did not do a good jobDo not go there, it’s a waste of your money and both people running these offices shouldn’t beI opted not to do the redo as I don’t trust these people know what they are doing and will do a good jobI don’t want to go thru it all and then leave there in a worst shape that what they left me the first timeI just don’t think they care! for financing and was approved. Client had successful treatment. We have sincerely tried to satisfy this client even after she has had a successful treatment. Every aspect of the care of this client was performed to the highest standards.

Review: I visited one of Laserklinic on 3/*/14 to inquiry about information/pricing for Smartlipo chin procedure and had them check my eligibility for a Care Credit account. I discovered the service charge of $3,180 was applied immediately at that time, although I did not have my consultation with the Doctor. The company offered limited time to cancel without having a penatly applied. For my consultation, I was advised I would be a good candidate for the Smartlipo w/Laser/skin tighening. I now realized I had an excessive heavy chin but felt confident with the Laserklinic Doctor's consent. After undergoing the procedure, I stressed my disappointment/concerns of the poor results (excessive lose, uneven/sagging skin)and filed a dispute on 10/2014 with Care Credit card for the charges. End results, I was informed services was rendered and I had signed a contract.Desired Settlement: First, the charges for the procedure based on results is an overcharge. It is understood a procedure was done, however, I feel I only had lipo to remove fat. Lastly, I would like to know, why were charges applied before consultation and signing of contract?

Review: On March **, 2013 I went to Laser Klinic to schedule a [redacted] to be performed on my stomach area. While there, I wanted to discuss and schedule one treatment of a [redacted] at $399.00 to be performed the same day while I would be under the [redacted] from the [redacted]. The person I dealt with, [redacted], told me we should wait until the day of surgery, April *, to make that decision and see how I felt. I paid $6,060.00 on March ** for the [redacted] and we scheduled the surgery for April *, 2013. On April * I returned to Laser Klinic, bringing with me the $399.00 in cash to pay for the [redacted] I hoped would be performed the same day. Right after the [redacted] was completed, and while I was still heavily under the influences of [redacted] and [redacted] then chose to discuss and hard sell to me a discounted package of four [redacted] treatments at a price of $1,200.00 along with a Laser Hair Removal package at a discounted $1,000.00. I said I didn't have the money right now for all that and didn't have room on my credit card balance but [redacted] was very persistent in trying to convince me to agree and take advantage of the savings. [redacted] ran the charges through on my [redacted] and had me sign an agreement with a no refund clause that I didn't notice at the time. I returned in two weeks for a follow up appointment and wanted to cancel the treatments which were sold to me while under [redacted] and [redacted], but was denied. I am willing to pay for the one [redacted] treatment and the lotion which I received. After 2 more phone calls, [redacted] agreed to cancel but never did. I feel this practice of Laser Klinic to have clients agree to treatments and sign contracts while under [redacted] and recovering from surgery is outrageous and highly unethical and needs to be exposed. At the very least, the no refund clause in their contract should be void in this case. I feel I was taken advantage of while in a highly vulnerable frame of mind and under the influences of drugs.Desired Settlement: My [redacted] has been charged with $2,200.00. I am willing to pay for the one [redacted] treatment at a non-discounted price of $399.00 and the lotion I took home at $70.00. I would like my [redacted] to be credited for the difference of $1,731.00 for services and treatments not received. I have no desire to have any other treatments performed by Laser Klinic given the poor quality of results and their unethical business practices.
