this place took $from me.They made me pay it up front and I received no results.When I had waited the allotted time and contacted me again the people that I had dealt with from the start were no longer working there!The recent people had left the company with equipment and patients money!They did not offer my money back but offered me more treatments.After the additional treatments they offered me a filler and botox but when I went to receive it they wouldnt give me what they had promised me.My procedures were done on my face and stomach and legs.They took pictures before and after and knew there was no change!They dismissed me

I pre-paid for a Pellleve face treatment, never got the same technician in the

I can only believe that as time goes by there will be multiple lawsuits. I did follow every step of this program verbatim and did not lose any inches in the mid-section, which was my target area. The only reason I lost in my legs was due to a daily workout on the elipitcal machine which would have resulted in weight loss without this program. As I just stated, my target area was my mid-section and that is where the laser was placed. I received absolutely no loss of inches in this area!!! Therefore, the laser does not work. I could not have followed the program more closely, and I resent them for implying otherwise. On my final check-in, I was told by the lady, a blonde older lady with a deep voice, that I should get my blood checked because something was wrong since I did not lose inches She in fact verified during that visit that I had not lost any inches in my mid-section. I do hope there is something that can be done to get this business closed down before more people lose their hard-aerned money. I should take this to live televison's action news and have them post on air exactly what this company is doing. [redacted]

Mr [redacted] had initially started with a 12 month Laser Hair Restoration program Aug 28, 2013. Upon completion of the program photos were taken and showed excellent progress. [redacted] pleased with the results thus far paid $2800 for a six month program and was given the Laser Cap at no charge...

included in the program to allow him to easily maintain the results after he was finished with his six month program. The laser cap regularly retails at $3000. As the unit does have a year warranty when his battery first stopped working we replaced it at no cost.  The second time [redacted] came with the battery he came with a battery tester and attempted to show me the readings on it. [redacted] stated that he commonly tests the battery, unfortunately as the two connectors are so close it is easy to short circuit the battery. The FDA issued a warning for the older batteries and the company did change them long before [redacted] had received his. [redacted] has now used up his six month program that he paid for, provided we offer a money back guarantee that is based on results which [redacted] did receive. We have been on a back order for the units which are expected to be in this week. We will happily replace his battery again at no charge as soon as they come in, and would ask [redacted] to stop testing the batteries so he does not short circuit them in the future. [redacted] has been able to use a portable machine in place of his unit until the batteries come in this week. As per the refund of $1500 that is not in his contract that he had signed.  We will contact [redacted] as soon as the replacement comes in so he can pick it up in clinic or we will mail it to him free of charge.

We find that average can go up to 9 inches if the patient follows our nutritional guide and starts a workout routine. After the six sessions [redacted] lost 3 inches, some patients are more than happy to lose 3 inches of fat, [redacted] was not happy with the results so we gave her an aditional 3 sessions on the [redacted] device and another 6 sessions on a device called the [redacted] which is normally $1695 to do. All togeather we have given [redacted] $5,295 worth of treatment for the $1440 spent at the clinic. After both programs [redacted] lost 1.5" in the back, 2' in the Mid-Ab area,  and 3' combined with the thighs. A total loss of 6 1/2 inches was achieved with the program. [redacted] would have likely seen even more results if she didn't change her appointments and was able to come every 7 days like was originaly set up for her first set of [redacted] Sessions. After missing a treatment after the 7th day the pore in the fat cells close and results are hindered. The program was never sold as a weight loss program, as muscle weighs more than fat some people gain weight in the program but still lose inches. [redacted] aso signed our contract and consent form where it states there are no guarnatees for results and no money refunded for the program. The clinic has already lost money from having [redacted] as a patient and will not agree to a refund of $1440 as [redacted] is asking as we have compensated her more than fairly. I'm extremely disappointed. I explicitly said I had two problem spots and they said much would be re-grown. After 6 months of doing everything they asked, I've seen no improvement. One spot looks worse. They won't provide a refund. I only saw their policy after the fact which is generically written to favor them. What a waste of time and money.
