Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below My daughter went to sessions at Laser Oasis with little or no improvement If she had the" top of the line laser machine" it would not take or more appointments The "Doctors" excellent response and going above and beyond is a lie When I contacted the "Doctor" by phone she would not talk to me The receptionist said I had to talk to the manager After talking to the manager she said she would take care of it and to proceed with our next appointment Then a few days later the manager called me and said the "Doctor" wanted me to come in and talk to her I showed up at the time they asked and waited a half hour for the "Doctor" She would not come out of her office and talk to me I left frustrated because nothing was accomplished and she was a coward for not talking to me I was never given a copy of my original agreement in November A few days later (after the meeting that the "Doctor" would not come out of her office for) I received a document that I signed stating I only purchased sessions So who knows if the "Doctor" was in her office changing my original agreementMy daughter is years old and was in the room when we talked and agreed on sessions with maintenance We decided to get the maintenance because my daughter was going to College and the "Doctor" said the maintenance could be used anytime she came home from college The "Doctor" was running a Holiday special in November and the $was for sessions not I would have never bought sessions,( $for one session) if that was explained to me The first package I bought through Groupon was $total for session on a small area Do you really think I would buy session for $945.00?? The "Doctor" was running a Holiday special in November and the $945.00 was for 9 sessions not 6. I would have never bought 6 sessions,( $157.50 for one session) if that was explained to me. The first package I bought through Groupon was $109.00 total for 6 session on a small area. Do you really think I would buy 6 session for $945.00?? Well the answer is NO.
