Review: I paid for a face tightening (thermage) and after nine (9) months I went back to complain since I had no results. I was told by Melissa B. that I would hear back from Laser Plus, but, to no avail. It has been three (3) months and I have yet to hear from them. they never had the courtesy to call.

Laser Plus Spa has over 50,000 clients. During the past 10 years we have always attended to our clients and our concerns. Now That we are aware that the complainant was overlooked during her second follow up, we had called her immediately. She will be coming in within the next few days.We take a lot of pride in our A+ rating and hope to resolve this matter with our client.

Review: I received inadequate service on the removal of stains on my chest for an expensive service I purchased. My chest looks worse than what I started. They tried to correct it and unfortunately was not successful. I was trying to get the cleaning done on my chest after with the [redacted], which was part of the package I purchased in hopes that it would correct it but now they claim that the [redacted], [redacted], put down that I used it when I did not since they were still working on my chest. Why would I get it before that? Why would he do that when we never spoke and services were not provided with him, especially consistently due to the techs calendar availability? They were still working on my chest. I have also been inconvenienced tremendously on appointments. They schedule it different days that were agreed on, which I booked while I was there. They pushed my appointment to a later time several times with no notice, showed up with no appointment in the book, waited an extra hour when they told me the tech was available and was not all of a sudden and had to leave. Today, September * I called to confirm what they emailed me since I have not received a no response on an appointment, which again was incorrect. The [redacted], [redacted] hung me up twice and the rep [redacted] once. I called the [redacted] and spoke to the [redacted] and she is handling. All I wanted to do is complete my package and leave, which also I have not been able to do. There lack of professionalism, accountability and training on the technician and front desk when you spend so much monies on the package is appalling. They are polished but NO real skills my chest is the testament of that. The [redacted], [redacted] has never bothered to call me or show up in a meeting that he was suppose to attend when they were assessing my chest problem. This date was chosen based on his availability. I waited for that appointment. Afterwards the front desk continue to show no concern and further disrespect for me. I am a working parent and my time is very valuable. There facility needs to be checked.Desired Settlement: -For the [redacted] facility to be totally assessed by the Revdex.com to insure corrected running facility IAW all standards.

-Complaint to be shared with the public on their technicians lack of training. They are not qualified to handle such services.

-Front desk skills training is inadequate. Needs constant reenforcement and hands on training, esp calendar mgt, followups and professionalism while interfacing with customers.

-[redacted] to be more responsive, reachable for the customers; he is rarely in in facility building his practice and leading his employees. He needs to provide constant training for the techs for quality services to the customer and periodic training and with the people at the front desk training on quality customer service, calendar management and follow ups on appointments and set up, which they severely fail.

-The [redacted] to assess my issues and correct my chest problem with a senior tech for promised result at the [redacted] facility, which they failed. If this includes other services for free to get the correct result, than so be it. Reimbursement on services if they can not correct.

-To get my services that are pending and already paid for as a minimum in the [redacted]: [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] on the chest.
