Date: Fri, Aug 28, at 4:PMSubject: Complaint ID [redacted] ( [redacted] ***)To: " [redacted] @myRevdex.com.org" < [redacted] @myRevdex.com.org>Cc: Laser Smooth Solutions Hello [redacted] , We are responding to ** [redacted] ***'s second response to our 1st response against her claimI have attached the following supporting documents for the record:· Laser Smooth Solutions Policies ( [redacted] signed)· Informed Consent for Hair Removal ( [redacted] signed)· emails from [redacted] *** (dated June 29, and July 14, 2015)· Treatment notes **[redacted] continiues to contradict herself by stating our ads or treatments share no disclaimers about results But as you can see from these two attached documents (Policies and Consent forms) which she signed on 3/10/during her first visit and consultation, that Laser Smooth Solutions offers no refunds, no guarantees on results and states on occasion patients will not respond to treatments [redacted] was made fully aware of the potential outcome To further show how [redacted] continues to contradict herself, she continues to state she has "no results and more hair now " If this is true then why would she state on three separate occasions she has seen reduction, the attached documents will support her contradictions:· Treatment notesattached: (called in on 2/19/and stated she sees at least 20% reduction.· Email from [redacted] *** dated June 29, 2015attached: ("My upper Lip is doing well My underarms have seen about 40% reductionMy bikini line is very patchy and I would estimate about a 30% reduction overall.") Ms [redacted] continues in the email and states ("no area I am being treated for has more than 40% reduction").· Email from [redacted] *** dated July 14, 2014: Attached: Ms [redacted] writes: "Thanks for your reply I understand that laser hair removal is a process I understand that you do not guarantee a certain percentage of hair removal after a certain number of treatments because each person is different I don't necessarily expect to be hairless after treatments but I am no where in the relm of hairlessness" Lastly, why we don't guarantee results, it's the fact that we recommend how often a customer needs to be treated to see maximum results, which is coming in for treatments every to weeks apart [redacted] had her first treatments spaced out appropriately, but then between her 5th and 6th treatment she waited months before coming back for the 6th treatment This lapse in treatment would cause a customer to regain hair lossTreatment notes will show the evidence as to why [redacted] didn't achieve more hair loss As a small woman owned business, we have not taken advantage of or mislead [redacted] in anyway She has acknowledged verbally and via emails of her successful hair reduction That is all we state as a laser hair removal business, "a reduction" not a percentage of reduction [redacted] seems to want more reduction and as stated we cannot guarantee as results vary from one customer to the next (explained verbally and in writing to [redacted] ***) We have done nothing improper and maintained proper treatment specs based on her skin color and her pain tolarance Her results are as expected from someone who in the middle of treatment lapses for a half year and expects to be on trackOur refund offer still stands as we are a business of strong moral value, but won't be bullied by customers who’s expecations are unrealistic and falsly claimed resultsThank you for your time and mediation in this matterApril M***President

disappointed she has continuously accused us of deception and lack of customer service. We have been working with *** for nearly a year now and every time she comes in for treatment she pays for that treatment that day of service. The ad she refers to is a "*** *** Ad" that they run and it is for customers that want a substantial discount on bulk services (package). *** *** has never purchased a package from us or *** ***. Instead what we provided to *** *** is a 50% discount from our pricing packages and allowed her to pay for each individual service vspaying a large costly sum up front. Since we perform over treatments per year, each one of our estheticians constantly monitor the progression of hair reduction per each customer and gets the customer's feedback as well. By no means is "Laser Hair Removal" Permanent, this is a hair reduction process that can vary from customer to customer based on so many factors (example: skin color, hair color, ethnicity, age, hormonal level, gender, body area…). As we explain to each customer the facts about Laser Hair Removal and this is a "process" and not a quick fix for hair removal or "Permanent hair removal". We had these conversations with *** *** throughout her treatments at our office she acknowledge and was disappointed, but still wanted to continue as she realized it could take a bit longer for her to get the results she wanted. She knew was no set guarantee results as it varies from people to people. Please review the email and words from *** ***'s highlighted below dated on 7/14. Her statement acknowledges the fact she is aware results vary and there is no guarantee on amount of reduction she will have. Therefore, she has no right or justification to request a 100% refund, her request is not rational or logical. We have been nothing but professional with *** *** during her entire treatment process. She did have hair reduction (this is a fact), just not as much as she wanted and this is why she wants a refund. I am also questioning the validity of *** ***'s notion that another Doctor gave her an assessment about our treatments. Ms *** states she got another opinion (from a Dr ***) and was told by him "she was being treated on an improper wavelength". I cannot imagine or see how another medical professional (Doctor or not) claims to know what we use as wavelengths or settings and to further state that our treatment improper for *** ***. This would be reckless of any Doctor to make these claims without knowing exactly what *** *** hair condition was orignially and able to exam her today (which she claims she only had a verbal discussion not an exam). Secondly, the doctor would need to know what laser machine we use and our specific settings used over the course of every treatment, which this doctor has NO KNOWLEDGE of! When *** *** asked for a refund, we reminded her of our "No Refund" policy that she signed. However, we have repeatedly told her that we would offer to continue her treatments at the 50% discount she has been taking advantage of for the last months. If *** *** would like a $refund (50%) we would be willing to accomdate her if she acknowledges that her grevences with us are satisfiedWe also request she will no longer continue to demand or repamand us via complaints with the Revdex.com or on social media outlets. To whom it may concern: Thank you for bringing this complaint to our attention, we take all of our customers criticism seriously and feel that with our overall *** and *** Reviews being to stars speaks volume for how we treat our customer base We go beyond client
expectation to ensure their Treatments/services are safe, results oriented and at a great value. In regards to clients issues about how she was treated, we can only speculate that she was not happy when we informed her that because she was late and missed her appointment time that we might not be able to service her this day In order to figure out if we had time to do the treatment, we (the man at the front desk) verified with her if she was still getting all the treatments in the same body areas as listed on the current appointment (sometimes clients diviate from areas) Client was not willing to discuss anything about the areas she wanted treatment on and when "the man at the front desk" indicated that if he doesn't validate the areas than we cannot commit to doing the treatment because of time constraints The man at the front desk was discussing the situation with her as we do with any other customer as standard protocals when clients arrive after appoint times We have client on our video surveillance system arriving at 12:56pm when her appoint time was 12:45pm to 1pm This client had previously purchased a package of treatments and was coming in for her 4th treatment We had another staff member (female) speak to her to validate the areas needing treatment, which she confirmed and so we ended up performing the treatment this same day This client had completed of the treatmens she purchased thus far and we at no time said we would not finnish her treatments During Treatments she mentioned nothing to the technician about any issues she had with the front desk other than she was not comfortable speaking about the body areas being treated (Bikini area). We have attached our policy for missed appointments as well as tardiness for which she acknowledge and signed We had every right to not treat her this day since she was late and missed the appointment time and even according to our policy take away a treatment if we so desired. We feel that because she was told initially she was losing one of her treatments because of her tardiness she became very hostile with us and started to become vocal Because we didn't want to create a scene we proceeded to tell her she would have treat, but by no means 0never told her that she was not able to complete all of her pre-bought package. This client has posted this same complaint on our *** and *** pages for all public to see We perform over 7,treatments to over customers per year and if you look at our history of superb customer service you will see that our customers are all praising is for our services We hope you will take our reply as a upstanding business in the community that we thrive to be the best in our industry and know that we did not over step any boundaries in addressing anything beyond what our policy states.
