In reviewing the Newcell website again about practicing and testing this equipment nothing is stated regarding thisThere was also nothing in the information package regarding testing and practicing that was sent with the equipment! I also rechecked [redacted] website about this equipment and testing and practice is not listedWhere the amperage numbers, on the screen for how much salt is needed was blank during both sessionsAlso the water did not turn color like they should haveI have years experience using this type of equipment with no problems until nowIf the company refusing again to refund my request, other avenues will be taken

The equipment was not new. Company did not have anything stated on [redacted] about doing a practice regarding use of equipment. The equipment screen has numbers for v;a; time was not working properly.
I have used this type of equipment before with no problems. I have asked for a full refund, postage, and loss wages.

As mentioned in our previous response, Ms. [redacted] did not return our technical support person's numerous calls to assist her so we can not provide any refunds for shipping, etc., but we are happy to fully honor her 2 year warranty if our calls are returned. We also do not refund lost wages as it is the customer's responsibility to fully test and practice using their new equipment before attempting to use it with a paying client. Finally, as mentioned before, all of our equipment is new.

in new-like condition 30 days from the date of delivery with a 15% restocking fee." This item was returned in less than 7 days. The company has the equipment! In reviewing the Newcell website again about practicing and testing this equipment nothing is stated regarding this. There was also nothing in the information package regarding testing and practicing that was sent with the equipment!
I also rechecked [redacted] website about this equipment and testing and practice is not listed. Where the amperage numbers, on the screen for how much salt is needed was blank during both sessions. Also the water did not turn color like they should have. I have 5 years experience using this type of equipment with no problems until now. If the company refusing again to refund my request, other avenues will be taken.
