This response is in regards to complaint # 11467016.  This is the first that wither myself or my employees are hearing of this matter, it is in surprise to me that if an engine were replaced due to a service not being properly completed that not only am I not aware of the first time this...

allegedly happened but that if the customer feels strongly that it was our service and not an issue with the vehicle that caused engine failure then I'm confused as to why she would bring it back to us for even more service...secondly if it were indeed a new engine put in the vehicle just a few months before hand there would have been no reason for her to have spark plugs replaced on it.  After review of the service in April I do see that everything was noted down correctly as far as details of the oil change including oil filter number, the amount of 4 qts put into the vehicle to fill it and the safety inspection performed during the service, again as with the first service complaint neither myself nor anyone in my employment is aware of any contact from this customer regarding an issue with any services performed on her vehicle.
