First, This customer according to her purchased a bedroom set over a year ago, not April 2016.  Second, she did not have her original receipt or paperwork, so technically she is out of warranty and we need original paperwork to submit for payment of parts rendered.  Third, the general...

manager decided to still help her out because we like to take care of any issues if it is possible.  This all occurred on June 8.  The general manager ordered the parts needed for her, but they were not available and additional paperwork had to be filed in order to get them.  So, in conclusion,  we have gone above and beyond to try and take care of this customer and resolve her problems, but sometimes these things take time.  The parts will be here by July 9 which is when we are taking in items from that warehouse.

There were no abnormalities in the table only variations in the stone.  The crew at Jasons checked the set for damage before loading for the delivery company there was none so the set was sent out.  The set is not defective as these variations occur with natural stone.  There were signs all over the store about the year end floor model clearance.  Each salesperson stated this to every customer who came in the store, so its convenient that this customer is the only person from several hundred who shopped with us those couple of days who took advantage of our floor model discounts and didnt know that it was on floor models.  I stated that if the delivery company damaged the set I would refund monies, but they didn't.  Company policy is clearly stated on our receipts that ALL SALES ARE FINAL and there are NO REFUNDS.

Mrs [redacted] did purchase a floor model table set from our store on Saturday.  The huge sale that she referred to was our year end floor model clearance.  We were only selling floor...

models so she could not have been expecting a new one from the warehouse.  It is clearly stated on her receipt that she purchased a floor model in as is condition.  The marks that she sent me pictures of were seen by us before the delivery service loaded the furniture and verified by at least two different people that the marks are actually in the stone, they are not gouges or scratches on the surface of the table.  They are natural variegation marks within stone considering that it is solid granite.   That is why she was able to get the deal that she was able to get on this set.  The table set she purchased was a high point market sample that normally wholesales for about $920 with a retail of $1500 or more.  If it were damaged during delivery we would have gladly refunded her monies, but it is in her home in the same condition it left here in, which was verified by our crew and the third party delivery service.
