I have been a client of LaserServ for 10+ years. Last year I ordered some cartridge refills for a high volume printer I have that they sold me. Each cartridge costs about $135.00. I finally ran out of ink and went to substitute the unused cartridges they had drop shipped to me from the manufacturer for the ones that ran out. I found out at that time that LaserServ ordered the WRONG cartridges for the replacements. When I brought this to their attention, they said the factory would not stand behind the rebate because the unused cartridges were over a year old. I told them that in my opinion it didn't make any difference because what I had was over $500.00 worth of cartridges that they ordered incorrectly and they refuse to correct the mistake. I could understand it if the proper cartridges were old and out of date. That would have been my fault and responsibility. I feel that after having been a customer for over 15 years their customer service is lacking
Review: I contracted with the company to clean and repair my printer. They claimed to have performed the work and I paid them for their services. When I got home and realized that they had charged me, but not performed nay of the work, I had them come pick up the printer and return to their store. They agreed 3 months ago to refund my money and deliver the printer back to my place of business. After repeated calls and texts, I can't get them to return the item to me. It it too large for me to pick it up myself.Desired Settlement: I want them to refund the $85 dollars I spent for them to "clean" the machine (Which they did not do) and to return the machine in its current condition to me.
