I ordered a outfit for my birthday from fashion Nova. Not only is it hard to get in contact with them .. but they aren't much help when u do get in contact. So .. as Im trying for five days to get my address changed. The fact I couldn't get a supervisor or manager to speak to was ridiculous to me. I couldn't get a change because of fashion nova . I asked if I can pick it up I was told by another person I could now there is no pick up service. It's policy that no one in charge is to be spoken to or no pick up service. This is mad. And I'm no happy nor pleased with my experience with just a simple address change

Worse company ever ... I ordered a outfit from fashion Nova. The address they had is wrong. So I ask them to change they tell me to go to this company n complain. So I did. Not only can I not speak to someone in charge. There is no way for pick up service or to change my address. If it was up to me I would of let fed ex pick up my delivery. But noo.. now I have to give my package back in order to get it right the second time. Completely wasted time n money smh I'm frustrated n aggravated with this company n my experience with it. Horrible customer service n POLICY

This company should not be in business. First time I've ever even heard of this delivery service and they happen to have been delivering my order at the time. I got a notification via Walmart (the place where I ordered from) saying that they delivered my package and so I go out to look for it and it's nowhere to be found. I contacted LaserShip and sent in a complaint about my missing package, and they never got back to me. I then had to go through the trouble of contacting Walmart to replace my lost items only to find out they could only reship some of them and refund me for the rest. I was not happy about this. I got curious and googled reviews for LaserShip and found out that a lot of people do NOT like this delivery company and I can see why.
