The following is Lasertron's account of an interaction with customers, regarding the above-noted complaint.The customer called to make a reservation at 19:53 for a midnight arrival that evening. I was thefirst point of contact when Ms. [redacted] came into the lobby at 23:35. She arrived alone to... checkin. She stated that her group had eight players. Thinking that she was waiting for the rest of her party to arrive, I let her know she was early and as long as the rest of her group arrived by midnight, they would be fine. She stated that all of her players were here and that they were justin the parking lot. Ms. [redacted] then left the lobby and returned to the vehicle she arrived in. The eight players emerged from two vehicles 15-20 minutes later and entered the lobby. At that point,the manager on duty greeted them and immediately noticed the strong smell of marijuana coming from the group. This was verified by two more employees that also entered the lobby. Once the manager informed them that they would not be able to participate in the events, they became angry. One of the participants even stated to the manager when the smell of marijuana was addressed, "Come on man, its 2016".The number one priority for all customers that enter the Lasertron building and participate in any game or attractions, is safety. If a Lasertron employee deems that someone is too intoxicated or noticeably under the influence of drugs, we will not allow them to participate in our New York State Department of Labor, Amusement Division regulated attractions. We do this to ensure the safety of the other players participating, as well as the safety of the individual themselves and employees. The laws apply to all who enter our facilities, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion,sexual orientation, etc. The posted rules (required by the Amusement Division and the State Liquor Authority) in the lobby and throughout the facility also state "No Illegal Activity".If you have any questions or would like to discuss this further, please call me at [redacted] .Regards, Daniel ***General Manager
