Review: Hello I have purchased a package of two facial esthetic treatments in January 2014, purchase was made over the phone, and I was told that if I would like to get a refund for second treatment it would be absolutely no problem.after I have received the first treatment I was certain that I will not have second treatment performed by this company.I have contacted the company on many occasions for a refund, they have stretched time, and finally promised to refund 225 dollars in a form of gift card, that could be gifted to someone else. I have waited for some more time and received no card. I have called them again and have been promised a call back from a manager. No phone calls are returned to me, no money have been refunded in any form.I have started this process in January, it is October now and no resolution.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in 225$ and an apology
