Dear Ms***, I am very sorry to hear about your recent visitI looked into your profile found the appointment on 7/was cancelledThe note in your profile stated the following: “Client called on 07/wishing to cancel appointment as she stated that a few of her lashes have fallen out [redacted] stated that the lash artist ran out of time on 7/and was unable to fill my lashes completely and was asked she could come in on 07/for a "comp" fillShe stated that Meghan placed a note in her account to authorize the compI have spoken with the lash artist about the situation and was told that you may keep her appointment however it would not be compedThe lash artist explained that you had needed a three-week fill and booked a two week fill on 07/which resulted in her running out of time.” The receptionist called back and left a voicemail requesting you reach back out to usThis note followed: “ [redacted] returned the call and it was explained to her that unfortunately with the information provided, I would not be able to comp her appointment scheduled on 07/I did explain that we are more than happy to take a look at her lashes and keep her appointment if she wishes [redacted] cancelled her appointment on 7/27.”The reason that this service was not complementary were for the reasons stated over the phone The appointment on 7/ was only booked for a 2-week volume fill and you paid a discounted price of $(normally priced at $55)She filled you up as much as possible for the allotted time booked for your appointmentThe appointment before this was on 6/(weeks before) and was also discountedAfter reviewing your account, we have discounted over $worth of services provided to youI am not sure if this has anything to do with the termination of your friend, Meghan, but for the inconvenience, we will be placing a credit in your account for the week fill that she promised youHave a wonderful day!

from what I was told, I was given a friends/family discountsIrriguardless of the discount, I always tipped your lash artists 20%+I paid for a service that was not even completed or done correctlyOn top of that, Meghan always took care of my appointmentsIt was never to my knowledge that was she scheduling me incorrectlyThat's not my job to know that, your lash artists could have said something from the beginningBrittany was always there when I was rang out and could have said something at the timeFrom my point of view it seems that I'm being punished because of my relationship with a former employeeBecause of that I no longer want to pursue services at your companyI would not even feel comfortable going back to your storeSo thanks for the credit, but it's not neededI found a new lash arist alreadyHave a nice day

Good morning ***, Our front desk staff receives a friends and family discount; however, Meghan was giving you a unapproved additional discountI do apologize that Meghan did not do her job and booked you for the incorrect appointmentIt is to my knowledge that the lash artist did inform you and I apologize if she did notThe responsibility to check out clients is our front desk staff and we trusted that they would never take advantage of our company or clientsOnce again I do apologize and will refund you the price that you paid for your last servicePlease allow at least 5-business days for it to show in your account Have a wonderful day!!

Dear Ms. [redacted], I am very sorry to hear about your recent visit. I looked into your profile found the appointment on 7/24 was cancelled. The note in your profile stated the following: “Client called on 07/26 wishing to cancel appointment as she stated that a few of her lashes have fallen out....

[redacted] stated that the lash artist ran out of time on 7/20 and was unable to fill my lashes completely and was asked she could come in on 07/27 for a "comp" fill. She stated that Meghan placed a note in her account to authorize the comp. I have spoken with the lash artist about the situation and was told that you may keep her appointment however it would not be comped. The lash artist explained that you had needed a three-week fill and booked a two week fill on 07/20 which resulted in her running out of time.” The receptionist called back and left a voicemail requesting you reach back out to us.. This note followed: “[redacted] returned the call and it was explained to her that unfortunately with the information provided, I would not be able to comp her appointment scheduled on 07/27. I did explain that we are more than happy to take a look at her lashes and keep her appointment if she wishes. [redacted] cancelled her appointment on 7/27.”The reason that this service was not complementary were for the reasons stated over the phone.  The appointment on 7/20  was only booked for a 2-week volume fill and you paid a discounted price of $35 (normally priced at $55). She filled you up as much as possible for the allotted time booked for your appointment. The appointment before this was on 6/28 (3 weeks before) and was also discounted. After reviewing your account, we have discounted over $55 worth of services provided to you. I am not sure if this has anything to do with the termination of your friend, Meghan, but for the inconvenience, we will be placing a credit in your account for the 1 week fill that she promised you. Have a wonderful day!
