Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:they are lying .my name is [redacted] ***but I'm using [redacted] my husband last name on my credit card I don't understand to much English and I don't speak either .I ask them to speak with someone in Spanish they said don't have no body.and day ago I just spoke with a lady very nice she told me they going to help me she listen with atention.and she knows exactly my story.I never said I don't ordered another case .I did .what's the problem with the other case?? there is not another story just the truth here .you already know the company is not a serious taking care costumers is to ease said "we send the case complete"listen if you do.then why I received an empty one.you can investigate me I have many people who know me I have a business for years I'm not going to lost mi time doing this I'm very busy person .I want the full case or my money backand I want somebody who speak Spanishwhy they denied to speak with me on Spanish? because they don't want to speak with me.because they don't care that's all Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Customer contacted us on October 27th, in regard to an order placedThe customer ordered our "Starter Kit" which includes a beauty case and the contents of the kit The kit weights lbs oz when prepared for shipment, the beauty case alone prepared for shipment weights lbs oz The customer claims that we sent her just the beauty caseWe investigated whether it would be possible for us to send the customer an empty beauty case When we pulled our shipment history for this order, the shipping label for this shipment came in at lbs oz Speaking with this customer, there have been a lot of inaccuracies to her story The order was placed by [redacted] ***, but the credit card holder was [redacted] When we spoke with [redacted] ***, she couldn't remember the credit card holders’ nameCustomer could not explain why it took days before she noticed the “problem” with her shipment Customer sent us pictures of an empty beauty case as proof This customer had ordered another Starter kit from us in September, we asked if she could provide proof of both beauty cases, side by side which she could not; at first she denied ever ordering the first case then stated that she no longer had itIt is our opinion that there is more to this story than the customer is telling us We know that we sent her a complete Starter KitWe are very generous with our customers, especially when they have a complaint or concern With this order, we cannot see that the complaint is validThis is our response to [redacted] ***, which was sent to her on October 27th, to which she did not reply: "Thank you for contacting us I am happy to help you with this matter I pulled up your order history using this email address, I show your most recent order was placed on October 14th which was shipped the following Monday, October 17th and delivered on the 19th; the order number is ***, is this the order you are referring to? Looking at the shipping history for this particular order, I show it weighed 4lbs 13oz when shipped, which is the correct weight for the complete starter kit, if we would have shipped just the case, the weight of the shipment would have been one pound lighter, coming in at 3lbs 13oz This shipment was delivered over a week ago, is it possible that the contents could have been stolen? I am sorry this issue has escalated to this level. We are very generous with our customers, especially when they have a complaint or concern. With this order, we cannot see that the complaint is valid; we have documented proof from the USPS that the customer received a complete Starter Kit. The customer did not report the issue until days after the shipment was delivered. At this point, this is as far as we can take this issue
