Review: I brought my car in for servicing since their was a rattling sound in the passenger side panel between the doors. They had me wait for 3.5 hours only to take apart the wrong section of the car, the passenger front door. On the receipt it states that I said the noise was coming from the passenger door, which I didn't)

As I was leaving not only did the rattling start up immediately, but I noticed a long penmark close to the sunroof. I was told that I would have to bring the car back the following day and receive a loaner for the rattling. In the meantime, an employee tried to clean the penmark. The following day I had a huge stain which was worse than the penmark. I contacted the service center to tell them and ask when I would have the loaner available. I was told that afternoon, and that I'd receive a phone call. I never did. I called back two more times the following week and still didn't receive a call back. I finally spoke to the manager who told me that there may be a loaner available a week from then and that I would receive a call. It's almost two weeks later, and I'm still yet to receive a call. They also were unable to view that I had an extended warranty, and the manager mentioned that I was not being charged and I should be for the servicing. They have no regard for their customers. Since they are the cause of the stain, I want my car detailed as promised. I don't even want them to do any mechanical work any longer!!Desired Settlement: Since they are the cause of the stain, I want my car detailed as promised. Review: Applied for financing for car through dealership. When I went to pick up the car, noticed an additional $1000 fee was added to my invoice. When I questioned the finance person I was inform it was a "bank fee" for the financing. I called the bank that provided the financing ([redacted]) and was told the bank did NOT charge any fees. I was also never informed of any additonal fees until I went to pick car up.

I went back to the dealership and rquested a refund - got a refund when I insisted it was not legal.Desired Settlement: Company should be investigated to to make sure this does NOT happen to others.
