server admins as it serves as notification that their servers are sending abusive mail.
We provide one free blacklist removal for each IP every thirty days. Server admins are urged, via our website, to remedy their security issues before requesting their complimentary delist. To that end, we provide examples of the abusive messages in question free of charge.
Failure to remedy security issues before requesting removal can result in an IP being relisted due to continued abusive messages sent to our servers. At this time the server admin can opt to pay the removal fee or simply wait for the listing to expire in 30 days.
We are unable to properly respond to this complaint without further information (the affected IP or IPs) from Mr. [redacted]. If said IPs do exist on the Lashback blacklist, the node in question is almost certainly being used to send abusive e-mail. Lashback's false positive rate is very close to 0%.
We do not "whitelist" IPs under nearly any circumstances as this would undermine the integrity of our blacklist and allow the whitelisted entity to continue it's abuse unabated.

of a given IP from the UBL once in any thirty-day period without paying any fee. In order to prevent abuse and encourage resolution of the underlying issue that caused the listing, subsequent removal requests require a payment of $20 USD. Neither the first free request nor any additional paid requests prevent the IP from being added to the UBL again if additional violations occur.These terms are clearly outlined to the user when submitting a removal request. Additionally users must check boxes indicating that they have read and understand the terms before a request can be submitted. The terms are available for viewing by navigating to http://[redacted] and entering the test IP '[redacted]'.   Lashback does not provide, nor are we obliged to provide, telephone support to owners of blacklisted IPs.Because we provide free access to our blacklist via the internet, admins are able to remove their own IPs. Once a blacklisted IP is removed, any subsequent abuse originating from that IP will result in re-listing. Admins are warned via our website and again at time of payment, that subsequent abusive messages sent to our servers will result in re-listing. Mr[redacted] did send us one cryptic e-mail message (attached) that did not contain a request of any kind, nor any information Lashback could use to investigate his claim (whatever it may have been). We still have yet to receive a request from Mr[redacted] regarding a particular IP.
