I felt so strongly about warning good people about the nefarious practices of this company that I took time out from my very busy schedule to sit down and write this We had the owner ( ***) come out to give us an estimate for pool serviceMy husband was outside with him while we were watching and listening from inside the house [redacted] was so rude and condescending to my husband it was like nothing we had ever seen! His price for monthly service was higher than the other quotes we got that week for weekly pool cleaning with chemicals provided Our chief complaint is that he disregarded everything we asked him not to doCame into our yard with such an attitude, turned our pool pump on against despite us telling him not to and left it on when we asked him to turn it back offHe stormed out saying "do it yourself" I cannot imagine having someone like this in my yard on a weekly basis Possibly the rudest person we had ever met

[redacted] was so rude and condescending to my husband it was like nothing we had ever seen!

Our chief complaint is that he disregarded everything we asked him not to do. Came into our yard with such an attitude, turned our pool pump on against despite us telling him not to and left it on when we asked him to turn it back off. He stormed out saying "do it yourself" I cannot imagine having someone like this in my yard on a weekly basis.
Possibly the rudest person we had ever met.

[redacted], the owner, says he services weekly and doesn't show and pool is dirty. Says he fixed pool but it stayed broken. When asked again about fixing the pool, [redacted] lied and said he fixed it. He is terrible with communicating with customers, as he does not return calls or texts. Complained about service 3 separate times to him directly and the service never got better. I would not recommend this business.
