Review: Lash's glass provided poor quality service that was unacceptable. Glass pieces were not cleaned, screws were sloppily pushed through the frame of the camper shell and were even sticking out in the interior. The sealant wasn't dry and it too was sloppily thrown onto the window trim. The entire job was handled unprofessionally. They said they could complete a task that was obviously beyond them and for that I as a customer have to suffer. I had to remove all their work and will have to pay to get it redone elsewhere. Even getting it redone is virtually impossible because Lash's Glass failed to return a hinge pieces that is necessary. I can't believe they would not compensate in any way for their failure. Lack of functionality is excusable but for it to look so sloppy is not.Desired Settlement: Full cash refund of $224.67.

Review: In August of 2013, my wife accepted a $1,476.00 bid for a seamless glass shower door (including installation) from Lash's Glass. On the day of installation, the installers broke a large glass panel (took two men to carry) on the floor of our master bedroom. It's saftey glass, so it busted in hundreds of thousands of pieces- we still find and step on pieces today. Doubly concerning given we have a now crawling infant. Nearly a month later the same installers arrived and some of the pieces didn't fit due to incorrect measurement on their part. During this visit, the installers spilled a pile of broken glass in my driveway likely because of the driveway incline. They may not have saw this, but this adds to my overall frustration with this company. One month later, the installer returned and finished the installation, while cracking one of the wall tile in the process. They did explain the risk assoicated, but also claimed it could be fixed (we wern't told the fixing would fall on us). In total, it took us near three months to get them to finish the job, an expensive high-end shower, and we feel like we paid retail pricing for mediocre work. We asked the owener to repair the cracked tile to which he said it wasn't his responsibility. We then asked the owner for a 10% discount. The owner, Mike Lash, then explained to me he is a victim in this too- that it's not all his fault, and that his installers had to come out several times. I responded to him that he's using skewed logic, none of this is our fault- his installers are responsible for all the problems. It's not a shared fault issue. I don't feel I need to share responsibilty with him. In short, he's offered 100.00 off. I don't think it's good enough.Desired Settlement: We would like 10% off the total price as we now have to hire a tile guy to fix a tile they broke and will likely continue to pick glass out of our carpet for some time.
