He was supposed to have the transmission within a week. It was 2 months before transmission was delivered, after informing the consumer that I would have to...

charge storage. I did charge him a minimal storage charge of $100 and not the full amount. The transmission was put in within a week. The vehicle was in poor condition and falling apart when it was brought in. I replaced the transmission, not the motor and had not reason to check the motor. If there was no oil in it the vehicle would not have made it 5 miles, never mind making it to the highway and then 6 exits.

I have provided the invoice, he was charged $60 for storage and a total cost of $660.73 on a job  that should have cost $960. He also states that he was unable to pick up the truck because the keys were not present is untrue. See attached document.

The distance it drove was approximately 3 miles from shop to highway and then the 6 exits was approximately 30 minutes of driving. The business should have driven/ran truck to make sure transmission was good. I was charged for one week of storage $135 because he did not have the keys when I originally wanted to pick the truck up.
