Review: I had Lasik surgery in 2008 with revision guarantee. THe company is still in business but not in CA anymore..but now my chart is no able to be located and they want me to get to Portland or other out of state location to get revision doneDesired Settlement: Since I had this done locally, The revision needs to be done locally. I can't afford to do a series of flights and stays out of state. My only option is to pay a local doctor as a new patient
