Review: I am on Medi-cal due to very low income, which means I had to change physicians due to the new health Ins. and when my new physician ordered my medical records I received notification from the old physician that I was going to be charged $41.00. I do not have $41.00 to pay for my medical records. Is this not a in-just to my level of care by denying my medical records to both my medical care provider and myself based on my income.Desired Settlement: I would like my medical records transferred to my new care provider without the $41.00 fee.
