run. With that said, please allow me to address each one of your points.
We do ask clients to transfer busses to ensure them the fastest possible way to get back to their pick up location, which in your case is Cupertino. During the transfer from on bus to another, it is also our company policy to not handle your the luggage and we ask that each traveler to handle their own luggage to insure you take the right luggage, thus relieving our company from that liability.
Cupertino is the one of the stops in our return route. Under normal traffic conditions arriving in Cupertino is generally in the late afternoon. It is also standard that we drop off each location according to pick up.
We will be glad to refund you in the amount of $112 for the unpleasant experience you had with us.

K & N Construction built our home and we closed on September 9, 2014. This was our second experience building a home and we were very happy with the builder. He allowed us to change designs of our main living area on three occasions during the build and then allowed us to change it back to what he originally suggested without additional cost. He advised us every step of the way and we were not disappointed. He stayed on top of his subcontractors, the job site was always clean and safe, and the construction time frame was right on schedule. We have been in the home seven months and have found very few items for our punch list. Our experience with getting the items taken care of was very positive as well. I strongly recommend K & N Construction to build your next home.
