Handyman representatives arrived at 9:a.mand left at 10:a.m
When I (customer) talked to David on the phone I told him that no pipes were needed, only a drain The pictures that he requested CLEARLY show the pipes under the garden tub
Argued with home owner, even after being asked to refrain
Didn't know plumbing codes for modular home (pipes were up to code when he arrived)
Cut boards and pipes that required a plumber to fix
Cost for plumber
Tub is still not installed
Insisted he was told he needed all pipes
Whoever came out didn't have the proper tools to do the job
Whoever came out to do the job wanted more money before they'd leaveWe called the sheriff and they left
Sheriff said he was going to call the number for the handyman to tell him not to come back
After receiving the Sheriff 's call I received a text message apologizing offering a full refund and to pay plumber from ***
Last Call Handyman needs to reimburse me that money as they promised
