The front office employees who service the front desk and answer the phones were terribly rude and very inconsiderate of the customerI never was rude with the employees but initially they were very irate and unprofessionalWould never want to do service with no matter what!?

I am writing this email in response to the above referenced complaint ID number. Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle was towed from a muti-family dwelling per City-County General Ordinance No. 26,2011 Proposal No....

157,2011 Chapter 995. He was towed for parking in the apartment's lot with out a parking pass for that lot. He was charged the appropriate fees for the tow set forth by the ordinance.
As far as his claim of not being provided with documentation of the tow, he was provided a receipt that he signed and a copy of his credit card receipt (See attached). Also his claim of a conflicting sign in our lobby, that is not accurate. Where he is coming up with the $30.00 discrepancy, I have no idea.

to the above case ID it is unfortunate that the complainant received quotes on different t fee structures if that is in fact what happened. Our tow fee and storage are different depending on what type of tow we are doing. Non-consensual towing fees along with other requirements  have been regulated  by the City of Indianapolis  and we do adhere by the regulations  set forth by the City, however, this vehicle was towed on behalf of the Lender, as complainant has stated it was a repossession.   On repossession, it is in fact the Lender that sets forth the charges and we do not know those fees until we receive the release from the Lender therefore we can't quote fees until we have that in hand. Our Towing service is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, however, our repossession  department and abandoned vehicle department is only open Monday thru Friday and that is also the only time we release repossessed vehicles.   We know this must be a difficult time and we do apologize for the customer's unhappiness but again we only charge what the Lender tells us to charge and unfortunately that department is closed on the weekends.   We do guarantee that we will work with our staff on prodding more information out of the customers that are calling the 24-hour towing service as far as what type of tow their vehicle was so we can provide better service and more accurate information.

These people have 0 people skills. They are rude and desperate. I'd walk home b4 I'd ever ask them to tow my vehicle.

Per our agreement, and within our rights, we charge $45 for the storage and care of her personal property for cleaning out...

the vehicle before it goes to auction. After 30 days per the Indiana Code her property can be disposed of and she was notified of that as well. Unfortunately for her, she must come to our location to retrieve her property and pay the fees within the 30 days from the date of notification or it will be disposed of.  Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions. This company stole my car outside my place of residence in fort wayne Indiana and were making their way back to Indianapolis Indiana with my vehicle.I awoke to find my car gone and immediately called the police to report it stolen after speaking with several dispatchers I found out these ppl had come all the way from Indianapolis and stolen my car .They claim they thought it belonged to someone else but the officer proved it did belong to me by running a quick vin # off the title I presented to him when he arrived. They did not run a vin # before gaining possession of my vehicle.They damaged my car alarm in the process and after I tried to speak with them on several occasions I filed a lawsuit.They obtained an attorney who I've spoken with several times he informed me that Last Chance would really like if this could be resolved out of court and assured me that if I give him another week this incident would be resolved. I agreed and pushed the court date back so that a negotiation could be made. That was many weeks ago .I have not heard anything since.My car alarm still isn't working and is randomly alarming as if it has a short in or something. I've read many reviews online about this business and they have done this to countless ppl many times. I would not recommend this business.
