I am rejecting this response because:Purchased Last Deck in good faith It takes a lot of labor to construct a deck! It takes a lot of labor to take a deck apart! It takes a lot of labor to rebuild a deck! I paid for shipping the deck to Alaska once I don't intend to pay more money to ship it back to Last Deck and I don't intend to pay to have a replacement deck sent back to Alaska The shipping scenario I just described exceeds the value of the deck If you factor my labor into this whole thing Last Deck owes me a lot of money.I'm confident the deck in question is not the same paint system as the first deck I purchased I'm also confident that I'm not the only one that has experienced this problem which means Last Deck doesn't need to inspect it to determine it's a defective paint job The pictures I sent clearly show paint separation from the aluminum planks What does Last Deck think would cause that, lasers from space?Point to consider: I would definitely not take the whole deck apart and then rebuild the deck using any of the existing planks The paint job continues to fail, eventually all the planks will fail Then what? Take it apart again!If Last Deck want the defective planks back they can send a carpenter to Ketchikan Alaska to take the deck apart and arrange shipping back to their facility
Something wrong here, We have never changed our powder system here for years We have to get old product back so we can send out NewWitch we stand behind 100% If there is a problem we do not want old product out there If you buy a washing machine and there is a problem with it you must return old for new,you do not get to keep both
