Review: Purchased a clothing item from this site, did not receive item, credit card charged, customer service number is not a working number, site still taking orders
Ordered two items from last kings on November 2, 2013 for my sons upcoming christmas. The number on the website has been disonnected. I've received no response from Last Kings regarding my order dispite the fact that they have taken my money, approximately 130.00 dollars. Opened a dispute on [redacted] to see how that goes.
Review: My son purchased jeans at full price. By the time we paid shipping, the jeans were over $70. Ordered his normal size "30". Received jeans and they were too tight. I wanted a replacement size "32" or a refund. Clicked on their Customer Service link and there is nothing there. Tried to call the phone number listed and no one there. Filled out what they called an RMA which gave me the address to mail the pants back to. I did all of this and requested a larger size. No one ever has responded back to me. There is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE to help you. Other companies tell you the status of the return, etc.... I feel very uncomfortable about this and just know that they have taken my son's money and we will never see another pair of pants. I can't call anyone to get information and it's very frustrating. I have sent what I conside e-mails to this RMA over and over again asking for someone to please call me or notify me of the status of my return and of getting another pair of jeans. He really liked them and wants them, but I don't know what to do. Thank you, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would be happy with a larger pair of pants or a refund.
Review: I placed an order on January 4, 2013 and I have not received anything. I've e-mailed them numerous of times and I don't get a response from the company. I've called the company and no one answers the phone and the voicemail is always full. It's been 5 months this is ridiculous! Review: Made a purchase of a sweatshirt on Sept. 5, 2013 for a total of $64.99. When the product failed to arrive by Oct. 1st I called the number provided on the site. To my disbelief the number was no longer in service. An email address was provided for customer service. I emailed the company inquiring on my purchase. I provided all the information given from the payment receipt I was given. I even emailed [redacted], this being the email address provided on the receipt as being whom the money was paid to. The sad part is this purchase was a birthday gift for my son. His birthday has came and went with no gift received. This is the only thing he wanted and we are still hopeful that it arrives. From my understanding this brand has been created from a famous rapper. It's sad that he would prey on young fans that basically support his music and his lifestyle. SHAME ON YOU!Desired Settlement: Want a full refund of $64.99 credited back to the bank card provided for purchase.
