Damage door and frame
In the last week of September 20 22 Last Mile Home came to remove a defective couch that we purchased from Weekends Only. When putting the second couch in the room they struggled for 15 to 20 minutes; and at that time I was instructing them to back the couch out so we can take the door off they kept pushing and pushing and I kept repeating let’s take the door off well one final push and I heard loud pop and a fist sized hole was in my door and the door frame was damaged. I have been calling since September to find out where our money to replace the damaged door &frame is. We’ve got an estimate they have the pictures and they
have not sent me any money. I’ve been calling the number been put on hold for 2 to 4 hours and no one is answering now the phone is off the hook.

Fast-forward from 12/10/ 2022. I had gotten an email from the customer care specialist from Weekends Only promising to take care of my damaged door/frame. Sent the same pictures I sent prior and thanking a Sherri Luckett for promising to take care of the matter. Have not heard anything at all. We have gotten an estimate from Lowe’s and we’ve been receiving calls from Lowe’s Regarding installing the new door. Our response to Lowes was we are still waiting for the check in the mail which we have not received at all. It looks as if we’re going to have to take this further if we don’t hear anything. This is absolute horrible horrible customer service. We had to go through Thanksgiving and Christmas with family visiting with the damage that was sustained by their delivery people promising that he was going to send the pictures in and take care of the matter and this is absolutely uncalled for. I had to actually pull pieces of the door frontwards so as not to see how large the hole is. And as a matter of fact they messed up the lower half of the wall but we did not even include that in the estimate.
