Tried to contact company regarding damaged and missing items The only response received was a threatening response that if I did not remove my negative references on the internet (i.e. Revdex.com and [redacted] etc.) they would take me to court to charge me with making statements that they considered to be illegal. I again tried to get them to contact me about the issues I feel were representative of poor services rendered (along with missing items) and no response. Thumbtack is also trying to get Last Mile Moving to respond and are not satisfied with their response to the issues I have presented. I told Last Mile Moving Solutions I would be available to speak to their attorney and that I also feel that the statements made are my right to make under my 1st amendment rights. No one understands why the owner will not call me to discuss issues related to damages and missing items. So far I have had to order hardware parts to fix bunk bed, pay for a different furniture assembler to assemble the bed (1st one came out and was here for over 4 hours helping me look for hardware - tried to reach owner of Last Mile Moving Solutions to help), fix various items that were broken - thrown out many items unable to be repaired, have no dolly to move heavier items in house, they took apart my treadmill and just left the parts laying around - I will have to hire someone now to fix this, and my loveseat panel that was kicked in will have to be ordered and assembled from [redacted] So far the estimate of my repairs looks like it will be over 1000.00 (not much I guess in the world of movers - but it is a lot for me) It would be great if he would at least return the dolly and arrange for the loveseat to be repaired (and pay for it). However to date the only communication from the owner is to threaten me with a law suit because I said I was not happy with the move online and gave my opinion of how it went with details. I have submitted the picture of the broken loveseat with the piece of tape they used on the loveseat (draw your own conclusion about the tape). When I express my opinion about why my dolly is missing or why the tape is there the owner calls it "libel". Also there are many witnesses to the mishaps of the move that would be glad to back up my complaints.
