Review: I pawned a JVC video recorder to this [redacted] shop on 1/**/14 the video camera cost $3.687.99 they wrote me a sales slip up on paper and gave me $400.00 dollars I was supposed to pick up my video camera on 2/*/14 when I went back to get my camcorder this business had packed up and left. That was a very expensive video recorder and I want a full refund I heard from another business in the area that this store had a lot of legal problems and ripped people off I want a full refund I tried calling this business and get no answer please help me get my money backDesired Settlement: I'm very saddened and heart broken to have lost such an expensive video recorder I'm a reporter with four television shows and I only pawned this to this business with every intention on getting it back I was in complete shock to find out the business had moved without letting me know I feel I was ripped off

Review: I bought a $480 homedepot gift card from this seller on Feb **,2013. This seller shipped a homedepot gift card to me with unscratched pin. I thought this is a reliable seller. But when I want to use it I was told the card has no balance. I have no clue.later, I got chance to stop by local homedepot office with the gift card this seller sent to me. The clerk in homedepot helped me check the transaction history. They found this gift card was sold at home depot store#[redacted] ([redacted]) on 2-**-2013 with original balance of $480. But the card was deactivated on 3-*-2013 by homedepot store#[redacted] ([redacted]). They told me this gift card may obtain from illegal source. I thought that is illegal if a business make money by selling the illegal gift card. As a reputable seller, they should not sell the illegal gift card. First I contacted the seller via email on July **, 2013 and waited for one week. The seller never respond. Then I have to call the seller. One guy picked it up the phone,then told me they will call me back in 30 mins. But they never call me back. I called the next day three times. They knew that is I ,they never pick up my phone call. They only reply with email after I sent a final notice by email. But they won't be responsible since the sell is beyond the time frame. I cannot agree with this seller. This is not about a merchandise which is covered by warranty. This is about if his business make money lawfully. I have the gift card in hand. Based what I knew from homedepot, this is illegal gift card. They sold an illegal gift card to me, they should be responsible for their behavior.Desired Settlement: Refund my payment of $432.99 immediately. If they are not responsible for selling illegal gift card, they should be out of business. I will consider to take legal action if they claim they are not responsible for selling illegal gift card or their stolen/theft items or the items bought with stolen credit card.

Hello, I do apologize for the delay of response to this complaint however I am now able to respond after contacting the Revdex.com agent. I would like to explain to [redacted] as we have previously in response to his email that contacting on July [redacted] for the first time since his purchase on February [redacted] is just too long of a period of time. [redacted] purchased a Home Depot gift card from us on February [redacted] 2013 and received it via mail just a few days later. [redacted] has left us a positive feedback on the [redacted] website on March [redacted] 2013. [redacted]s statement that the card was deactivated on March [redacted] makes no sense to us as to why he would leave us a positive feedback on March [redacted]. If [redacted] would have contacted us through [redacted] messages or even through Email within 90 days of his purchase we would have gladly taken care of him in any way possible if we found grounds to do so. [redacted] forces sellers to state their return policy time table and we do so for every item which is 14 days but if there is ever an issue the buyer still has up to 45 days to contact the seller and or [redacted] to resolve the situation. Also Paypal in which the payment is processed gives buyers up to 90 days to make a complaint and or grievance for their purchases. The fact that [redacted] has waited almost 5 months to contact us and not through ebay in which a buyer is supposed to but through personal email. This length of time leads us only in the direction to not refund [redacted]. Furthermore [redacted]s comments, statements and accusations are liabilis and outrageous. If [redacted] feels the need to contact the authorities for what ever defamating claim he has along with filing a law suit he may do so as we plan to counter sue for defamation of character and liabilis statements about our business and persons. In conclusion due to the expired timeline of contact, the lack of communication through [redacted] and the threats we wil not be refunding [redacted] any money.

As you can see, I attached the pic of the gift card I received from them and included the note that written by homedepot employee. The homedepot employee showed the facts how the gift card became zero. The homedepot gift card actually was deactivated by homedepot on March *, 2013 due to payment problem ( mostly pay by stolen credit card) or the buyer cancelled the gift card. Either case is fraudulent. I did my investigation before I contacted them. The excuses such as 90 day limit are not enough. The seller as a lawful business, they should not involve in any fraudulent activity. If they are not intent, they should report to the police no matter this happened already a few month ago. And as a good business, they should be responsible for that. And refund my payment for that gift card.

At beginning of this case, I contacted them firstly by paypal email ( ebay don't allow me to contact them after 2 months later after the transaction, I have to contact them by email) this seller never responded . I have to call them tell them the problem, and they promised to me they will call back in 30 mins, but they never call me back . I called them many times later and then they never picked up my phone call. That is not the way they do the business.

I request the seller files police report with this case if they are not intent. If the police report confirm that this gift card is fraudulent/illegal, they should issue me full refund no matter how many month it passed. If they did file police report, I need know the case # and I will follow up. If they won't do that, I will file police report and may seek legal help from lawyer for sure.

For the seller, please respond with police report number. And let me know how they will resolve problem for me if the police confirm that gift card is fraudulent. They cannot simply say it passed 90 day, they are NOT RESPONSIBLE for that ( NO REFUND). They need to DO SOMETHING.
