Our contact and business dealings with Last Stop Roofing were everything you could possibly hope for as a customer. Sam ***, the owner, is a man of his word. He arrived to give an estimate and answered all of our questions. On the day our service was completed, the workers arrived right on time, completed the work, and when they left, everything was cleaned up and cleared away. Sam came and went a few times during the day to check on things and then a day or two later stopped to make sure that we were satisfied with the final outcome. We were very satisfied. Sam also worked with our insurance company to facilitate our claim. I highly recommend Last Stop Roofing.
Absolutely outstanding!! I?ve had to use this company 3 x for different reasons. Each time , they were professional, fair and solved our problems THE FIRST TIME . I wish they did our roof in the first place. I would strongly recommend this company!! Amazing work for fair prices.

Our experience with this company was terrific. They were quick to respond after we posted online that we were looking for a roof. They were quick to come out and give valid suggestions and information. The representative was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. He helped file all the paperwork with the insurance company. This was huge! Our insurance company was difficult last time we tried to file for a new roof. He was able to show them that we needed and he got it done.
The day of the repairs was filled with a bunch of hard working individuals. They got the job done in one day on a good sized roof. And we expected to find nails all over our property, but that was not the case. They did a magnificent clean up job after the roof was done.
Highly recommend this company.

I had a leaky exhaust vent on the roof, the one connecting the water heater and furnace.
I tried to go on the roof to check it out, but my fear won out. It's very hard to find someone today
to do small jobs. Everyone wants the bucks. After telling Sam my issue, he agreed to take care of it at a reasonable rate, including parts. I have no complaints and now I have a source for future work if necessary.

I spent all day waiting for this company to come by to get an estimate on hail damage we received. No call. So I called to check in on an ETA as I know roofers have been busy lately and to make sure they were still coming out. Was told by a representative they were too busy at the moment and that they would call me back in a hour with an update and would still look at our roof today. Roughly 15 mins later I get this TEXT;

Iām furious and dumbfounded by their lack of professionalism and customer service. There was no concern mentioned when I scheduled this estimate and then to be blown off after wasting hours at home waiting for them to stop by. Be careful using this company.
this customer got upset for the fact that we were thoughtful enough to call her and let her know that we could not make it out to look at her roof, unlike others who do not call, we had the common courtesy to let her know, and she must of been having a bad day because she decided to take it personal, and bash us online for calling her to cancel the appt! this review should not even be valid nor allowed to be posted, we did not even do any type of work for this lady, we simply canceled the appt for personal reasons and she flipped out, at times the online review situation is very unfair for contractors as anyone can jump online and write what ever they want
Last Stop Roofing promptly addressed all issues with hail damage and completed all tasks within budget and in a timely fashion. A new roof, gutters and downspouts along with siding. Sam is easy to work with and follows through on getting the job done right.
Friendly, efficient and timely. Went up on the roof and took pictures and showed us exactly what needed to be done to fix the small leak we had. Came out quickly once we agreed to have the work done and had the project finished in a very timely manner. Another roofing company we had come out was double the cost and didn't even go up on the roof to check things out. Not sure how they could determine issues by standing on the ground! I would recommend Last Stop Roofing and use them again if needed.
We had significant damage to our roof as a result of last July's (7/23-24/17) hail and wind storms in the area. Upon noticing the water intrusion that had gotten worse over the year, we called Last Stop Roofing for an inspection. Sam walked us through the entire process, from making the claim, documenting the resultant damage to being our advocate and scheduling the repairs. Last Stop Roofing did an outstanding job. It was done on time utilizing quality materials and executing the job with the highest standards of care.I have no trepidations recommending Last Stop Roofing and Remodeling.
